Hi .. when adding new properties I cannot add 2.5 bathrooms, it seems to default to 3 when I do this. I thought I was able to use the .5 before. Is there someway I can use either .5 or 1/2 when adding property features? The component is hands-down the best available! Thanks for all your hard work!

In most houses you generaly have either 1, 2 or another full number of bathrooms. I've never seen a .5 bathroom. However, if you want to do it: Logon to phpmyadmin go to your joomla table go to jos_properties_products change the field bathrooms from tinyint(1) to either tinyint(2) or Decimal(2,1) (unless you have 100 bathrooms, then change to 100,1) Best regards, Danny Eagle-Corp.nl

But then don't forget to make sure you mention a free swimmingpool or rain shower on the floor directly below the half bathroom

Yes I guess it does sound funny a half bath! Here in the US that just means a bathroom without a tub or shower .. it's actually just a room with a toilet and sink. It's usually positioned on the first floor kind of like a bathroom for guest to use. Thanks for the help.

Ah okay! And here I thought in the USA everything had to be bigger! Okay, then you can do as Tornado suggested: Just add this to the features. You can take one of the "Extra" fields and rename the EXTRAXX= in the language file so it prints half a bathroom. Danny

Your idea is just as good, they will also understand that, its common to say 2.5 baths

Within the US, a "half-bath" refers to a bathroom that does not have a tub or shower. I must say, this thread disturbs me. Do you often mock people who ask questions while chortling out the answers??
