Search module issue. 2 Years, 3 Months ago

Hi again,
this is about the minimum and maximum price selection. when I try to select them in the module placed in the main page, the prices list is not showing. Althought when I'm watching a flat profile, the search module change automatically and shows the category and type of the flat that I'm in. Then I can see the range of prices but only when I get into a property profile. So my question would be how to set the component and the module to be able to view the prices list when I use the search module in the home page.
Thanks!

Someone discovered that the min-max filtering, why does wrong?
Maybe it works for only 6 characters for the price?

Hi,
If you go in Hungary, I invite 1 beer, or the excellent Hungarian wine!
Works perfectly!
Thank you!

I had a problem if i put the file you upload, then the "min price" ande "max price" doesnt pass value=0 as default and then got this error:
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /public_html/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 344
But if i don use your file i cant filter by price... Any solutions?

This error comes when your prices have a caracter that SQL doesn't like. It could be a $ sign, it could be a Euro sign etc, it can also be having a space.
For example if you write 300 000;400 000; etc. it will create this issue when you make a search.
If you replace it with 300000;400000; etc. it will work, it fixed it for me. If anyone knows how to enable $ signs or spaces in the min/max prices, please let me know!
